1. General

This website is operated by Adv. Avinadav Preuss (the "Firm"). This policy explains what personal information is collected when you use the website, how it is used, with whom it is shared, and what rights you have.

2. Information collected

• Details you provide in the contact form: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
• Scheduling a call: if you choose to book a call through the scheduling service (Cal.com), the details you enter there, including your name, email and the time you selected, are provided to that service.
• Technical data: when you browse, the hosting and service providers used by the website generate data such as IP address, browser type and time of access. The Firm does not run behavioral analytics or browsing statistics on the website.

3. How the information is used

The details you provide are used to respond to your inquiry, to contact you and to arrange a call. They may also be used as required by law or to protect the Firm's rights. The Firm does not sell the information and does not use it for marketing communications without your consent.

4. Providing information

You are not legally required to provide your details, and doing so is voluntary. Without a name and contact details, we will not be able to respond to your inquiry.

5. Who the information is shared with

Information is passed to the service providers through which the website operates, only as needed to provide the service:

• Formspree – receiving the form and sending it to the Firm by email.
• Cal.com – scheduling a call, if you choose to do so.
• Netlify – hosting the website.
• Google Fonts – loading fonts. When the fonts load, the visitor's IP address is sent to Google.
• The email service in which the Firm receives inquiries.

Some of these providers operate outside Israel, including in the United States and Europe, and the information may be stored and processed there. Information will be disclosed to authorities only if the law requires it.

6. Retention and security

Inquiries that do not lead to an attorney-client relationship are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. If an attorney-client relationship develops, the duties of confidentiality and record retention that apply to attorneys will apply. The Firm takes reasonable measures to protect the information, but absolute security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

7. Confidential information

Please do not include confidential information or material details of your matter in the form. We will discuss them on the call. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship.

8. Cookies

The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores in your browser's local storage only your language choice and the fact that you dismissed the cookie notice, and this information is not sent to anyone. If you go on to an external service such as Cal.com, that service's own cookie and privacy policies apply.

9. Your rights

You may request to review the information held about you, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to office@preuss-law.com. The Firm will respond in accordance with the law.

10. Changes to this policy

The Firm may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page, with the update date at the top.
